It’s the parents who are at fault. firstly why did they let their kids access such a dangerous thing and above this then the kids were allowed to play with a loaded one as if it was a simple toy. This piece of news also brings the fact that how much parents are busy in their own world and have no time to keep a watch on their toddlers.

surely it is parent’s fault who didn’t keep the loaded gun out the reach of the children. Parent should not allow their child to play with these king of dangerous things.
